– On this day back in 1997, Brian Pillman passed away at age 35 of a previously undiagnosed heart condition. Pillman was scheduled to wrestle Dude Love (Mick Foley) at WWF’s Bad Blood pay-per-view that night and Goldust the next night on RAW.

 


 

– Former WWE Diva Terri Runnels turns 45 years old today.

– As noted before, WWE will return to Madison Square Garden in New York City just a few weeks after the Survivor Series pay-per-view – on Tuesday, December 27th on the RAW Holiday Tour. Tickets for the show go on-sale to the public on October 8th at 10am. There will be a pre-sale this morning.

– The theme for next month’s WWE Classics On Demand will be historic moments in New York City.

– Despite being pulled from their official website, WWE will still be airing Superstars on their YouTube page. It will also continue to air in international markets.
