Yesterday, September 10, was World Suicide Prevention Day. While many professional wrestlers took to social media to spread the message and show support for those dealing with suicidal thoughts and/or tendencies.

Xavier Woods decided to share a bit from his personal life, revealing that he had dealt with his own demons back in the day.

Woods revealed that, at one point, he believed he didn’t deserve to live. Thankfully, a close friend of his helped him realize his worth.

Now, Woods is a YouTube star, a 5-time WWE Tag Team Champion, and has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. The man behind UpUpDownDown continues to spread the Power of Positivity, as his message hit close to home with fans.
