– WWE has been unable to trademark the name Jack Swagger because a singer from the band Machine 22 in Minneapolis, MN uses the same name.

On a related note, WWE has been working on trademarking the name “The Network” – a name that they were going to use for the original Nexus at one point.

Why wouldn’t he be able to? Trademarking is just so WWE has full ownership of the name and can do what they please with it.

    is Jake Hagger!

  • simon07

It’s not his real name, so im not sure how he’s using it either.

And i thought tna had some crap called the network or something. Maybe they don’t trademark things.

Then how is Swagger using that name? Unless it’s his real name. I guess TNA didn’t trademark the name The Network.
