WWE Wins Six Mashable Awards, Shawn Michaels WrestleMania Regrets

– has a new interview WrestleMania-themed interview up with Shawn Michaels. The WWE Hall of Famer said he has some regrets regarding his career, especially his WrestleMania 14 match with Steve Austin. Michaels said:

I wished Shawn and Austin had another chance to top their KotR 97 match. Their WM 14 match was a disappointment.

He’s right, that match COULD have been so much more but it’s one of the best matches I’ve seen where BOTH guys were really banged up going into it. Michaels’ back was fucked at that point, and Austin’s neck and knees were shot. But they still went out there and gutted it out. That was a dream match for me because those have always been my two all-time favorite wrestlers. Could’ve been great, but pretty good for two injured guys. Only thing I didn’t like was Tyson’s fast count. It didn’t kill the moment but Austin should’ve gotten a nice, long, slow count… 1-2-3!

  • why come here and bash WWE? if you don’t care about it and don’t like it F*** you! why waste your time coming on here if you don’t like it!

The WM match that should’ve happened at one point was Rock vs. HBK. Once again, as far as I know, it was HBK’s former ego that was responsible.

Finnally HBK said it out loud. Truth is he was the biggest a**hole back then. He was a guy who refuse to put over another fellow wrestler unless it was a fellow cliquee, to the extend of pretending an injury. He had to put over SCSA because he had no choice. But well, Kharma is a Bitch, Hogan and real injuries payded him the same way.

Thoug his second brezze did vindicated him, he really showed big profetionalisim in the 2000.- I just think its not enoug to clear his name and what he did to really good wrestlers during the ’90, that alone stole IMO his spot at No. 1.

Pardon the writing, english is not my language.

Round of applause, WWE won a bunch of bullshit ass rewards. Great job, HBK is the best wrestler ever. To admit his wrongs, shows hes grown up and probably was the one to take the Undertakers streak but decided to be humble and retire. I respect Shawn much more now than I did before. Stay retired and live life up while ur away. Dont pull a Ric Flair and over do it. Peace
