WWE writers working very late hours trying to figure out Fastlane card

WWE Fastlane is next Sunday and more additions will be made to the event on the next episode of Monday Night RAW.

Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio that the WWE writers had a meeting that lasted until 3:05 AM on Thursday night, which is certainly a very late time to discuss a card for a pro wrestling event.

The main cause of the debate is regarding the Shield’s reunion at Fastlane. They are apparently trying to decide whether to book a six-man tag team match or an eight-man tag match.

It should be noted that a handicap match between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns vs Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley, and Drew McIntyre is being promoted by local advertisements in Cleaveland. If more people are added to the match, then we would see Dean Ambrose join his Shield brethren and Elias team up with the heels.

We will have to wait and see what the finalized card for Fastlane will be.
