WWE’s creative team was told recently that both The Rock and Ronda Rousey are not going to be available to wrestle at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas.

WWE hoped that they would be able to work the show due to the mainstream attention that they would receive from them working it.
Rousey is filming a movie in Indonesia at the time and would also need UFC clearance while The Rock has a movie he will be filming next year. Another reason for him not being able to work is because of an issuance issue with the movie studio.
It’s always possible that Rock could be a part of the show, but not as an active wrestler.
