WWE confirmed two championship matches including one for the WWE Championship for the upcoming Fastlane PPV during this week’s episode of SmackDown Live.
The first match was confirmed when Shane McMahon and The Miz were having a segment in the ring, but they were interrupted by the new Tag Champions the Usos.
The Usos offered the two a rematch and accepting their offer, Shane McMahon confirmed that these two teams will once again fight at the upcoming PPV.
Later in the night, all 6 men who competed in the Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship this past Sunday wrestled each other once again, though this time in a 6 men tag team match.
This bout ended with Kofi Kingston pinning the WWE Champion Daniel Bryan to win the bout for his team and Triple H then announced that Kingston will challenge Bryan for his title at the upcoming show.
