Compounding his legal issues, Hart failed to appear at a mandatory court session on February 8, leading to a bench warrant being issued for his arrest.
Hart’s legal team subsequently filed a motion to quash the warrant, arguing that he was hospitalized on the day of the hearing and could not contact his attorneys. The bench warrant was revoked on March 14, granting Hart a brief reprieve. However, he missed another court appearance scheduled for Thursday, April 5, resulting in a new warrant for his arrest with a bond set at $4,000.
