Adam Cole could leave soon

It turns out he had a “high power meeting” with Vince McMahon prior to SmackDown on Friday, but the company has yet to offer him a long-term contract. It was also reported that Vince McMahon wants Cole on the main roster and writers were directed to come up with storyline ideas for the former NXT Champion.  Former WWE Diva Suffers Tragic Pregnancy News

Ringside News reported that they had asked around about Adam Cole’s situation and a tenured member of the creative team informed that there is “no huge push” to keep him in the company. It was said that fans “shouldn’t get [their] hopes up” regarding this situation, because “there’s just money being thrown his way for a role most people won’t believe.”

Rumor states that a $1 million contract was offered to Cole. Ringside News reported when asked about it, they were told: “I wouldn’t put much stock into that million dollar offer.”

AEW could be an option for the former Undisputed Era member but AEW President Tony Khan had denied offering any deal to Cole, but there are obvious connection between Cole and All Elite Wrestling. He is dating AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker and she had said that she will be happy for Adam Cole’s no matter which company he picks.

At WWE’s NXT TakeOver: 36 event, Cole will take on Kyle O’Reilly once again which could be his last match in the company.
