AEW Dynamite beats NXT in ratings this week

The Wednesday Night Wars continued this week and it seems AEW Dynamite did better once again.

According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW Dynamite received 893,000 viewers on average during the two-hour show. On the other hand, WWE NXT had 794,000 viewers. Dynamite also got a rating of .31 in the 18-49 demographic while WWE NXT brought in .25.

Last week’s AEW Dynamite was also victorious in ratings. It received  817,000 viewers with a .41 rating in the 18-49 demographic. NXT got an average viewership of 757,000 viewers with a .28 rating.

All Elite Wrestling has been going strong so far. However, it has yet to receive over 1 million viewers in a long time.

I don’t love either one, but “indycrap” is more entertaining than the dull garbage WWE puts out on their main shows on a regular basis. I haven’t found mainstream WWE worth watching, in all blunt honesty, since probably somewhere around 2007/8 or so. With a brief resurgence during the “Summer of Punk”.
