AEW Dynamite defeats NXT in ratings this week

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured the building up of several storylines. NXT also had a solid card for the show. It seems Dynamite fared better.

 


 

According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW Dynamite garnered an overnight viewership of 806,000 viewers. It received a .35 in the 18-49 demographic. On the other hand, WWE NXT managed 766,000 with a .19 in the 18-49 demographic.

This is a noticeable decrease compared to last week’s episode, which received 995,000 viewers. NXT that week managed only 659,000 viewers. AEW was #2 in cable that night with a .45 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

The previous week, which was AEW Dynamite’s Winter Is Coming, received an overnight average of 913,000 fans. It also got a .42 in the 18-49 demographic. On the other hand, WWE NXT managed 658,000 viewers with a .16 in the same demographic.
