AEW Dynamite defeats NXT in ratings

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite was the go-home edition of the show before AEW Full Gear. NXT was the first episode after Halloween Havoc. It seems AEW fared better this week.

According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW Dynamite garnered an overnight average of 717,000 viewers. WWE NXT managed 610,000 viewers. AEW brought a .30 in the 18-49 demographic and ranked #56. WWE NXT earned a .14 rating in the 18-49 demographic in the #68 spot. So it seems neither show were in the top 50 cable shows this week.

This was a noticeable down compared to last week’s episode of Dynamite, which received 781,000 viewers. WWE NXT’s Halloween Havoc brought in 876,000 viewers. The week prior to that, AEW managed 753,000 with a .3 in the 18-49 demographic. They received the rank of #13 in the night. WWE NXT brought in 644,000 viewers with a .16 in the 18-49 demographic.
