AEW Dynamite defeats NXT in viewership this week

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite aired after 10:00 PM owing to an NBA game. NXT did not have any such competition. However, it seems Dynamite fared better this week.

 


 

According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW Dynamite received an overnight viewership of 775,000 viewers. WWE NXT brought in 698,000 viewers.

This is a decrease compared to last week’s episode, which got 806,000 viewers. It received a .35 in the 18-49 demographic. On the other hand, WWE NXT managed 766,000 with a .19 in the 18-49 demographic.

This is a noticeable down in comparison to last week’s episode, which received 995,000 viewers. NXT that week managed only 659,000 viewers. AEW was #2 in cable that night with a .45 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

The previous week, which was AEW Dynamite’s Winter Is Coming, received an overnight average of 913,000 fans. It also got a .42 in the 18-49 demographic. On the other hand, WWE NXT managed 658,000 viewers with a .16 in the same demographic.
