While AEW stars have talked about having big television deals on the table, so far no solid details regarding a possible TV programme for the company has come out.
However, now it appears that this situation will be changing this Wednesday and the company will be making a huge announcement regarding their television product.
According to a report from The Wrap, All Elite Wrestling’s TV deal with Turner is said to be virtually done and the president Tony Khan and some other AEW stars are expected to make the announcement on Wednesday at Madison Square Garden in New York City before the WarnerMedia Upfronts.
While the report doesn’t go in a lot of details regarding their TV program, other titbits in the past have suggested that they will start airing a two-hour weekly programme on Tuesday nights.
Their programme, possibly named Tuesday Night Dynamite is expected to debut on TNT in October. It’s worth mentioning that this will be around the same time SmackDown moves to Friday Night on Fox and the company will probably try to capitalize on the abandoned time slot of the show.
