Joey Janela teamed up with WWE Hall Of Famer X-Pac and squared off against The Major Players (Matt Cardona and Brian Myers) at GCW’s Welcome To Heartbreak event on Friday, February 25. Joey Janela and X-Pac would end up becoming the winners in the end.
Joey Janela then decided to shock fans as he hit a super kick on his tag team partner X-Pac when he was making his retirement speech. Fans in attendance were less than thrilled and made sure that Janela got his just desserts.
One fan threw a beer that splattered on Janela’s face. An enraged Janela then took matters into his own hands and attacked the fan who threw a beer can at his face. Metal buckets were also thrown in the ring at one point in time as well.
Janela took to Twitter Saturday (February 26) to respond to a fan who called out the wrestler for assaulting the fan. Janela revealed that he would urinate on anyone who decides to attack him again.
In other news, Cesaro was one of the most talented Superstars in all of WWE. However, he never got to win any major title in the company despite staying there for almost 10 years. In the end, Cesaro let his WWE contract expire and did not sign another contract, due to which he has officially left WWE.
