AEW Star Calls Out Peacock WWE ‘Censorship’

Peacock has been getting quite the motions from many stars past and present from within and out of the WWE due to lots of censorship that has been seen lately. Of course, some is warranted, but are these promos in question worth the hassle of censoring? WWE ‘Censor’ Embarrassing Nikki Bella Photo.

The son of the great Flyin Brian Pillman took to Twitter to make a joke out of the outrage that has been seen recently geared towards Peakcock’s partnership with WWE as they now host the WWE archives.

Brian Pillman Jr, who is signed with AEW, had this to say about his Dad’s early Attitude Era promos likely being censored: “Pretty sure none of my dads WWF promos are making it to Peacock 😂😂😂😭😭😭” Of course, I’m sure there’s some real pain behind this tweet as Brian Pillman Sr’s promos are legendary, but admittedly, not for the current generation in most instances.

Brian Pillman Sr was known as “The Loose Cannon” and his promos portrayed that part of his character well. He was seen in promos with a gun at some points wanting to “kill” Stone Cold Steve Austin known as the “Pillman’s Got A Gun.” promos. Obviously, promos like this will not likely see the sun when it comes to Peacock showing them.

Sadly, Brian Pillman Sr passed away in a hotel in at the young age of 35 in 1997 due to a heart issue. His death is still mysterious to many.
