AEW star MJF takes a dig at WWE

MJF, the AEW star recently had an interview with MMA Fighting. He talked about talents are now able to show their skills as they have a platform which is AEW.

 


 

A year back they were not properly used at the promotion, they were working back then.

MJF addresses WWE as ‘monopolized company’

During the interview, he took a jibe at WWE, often considered as the rival of AEW. He called the promotion to be monopolized.

He said:

“A year and a quarter ago, these incredible pro wrestlers who might not have been used properly by, let’s face it, the monopolized company, WWE, at the time, had nowhere to go. Now, they do. And now that they can be showcased properly, it’s sink or swim.”

MJF was featured in WWE as the ‘security personnel’ who was shoved by Samoa Joe during his entrance at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II.

MJF signed with AEW last year, and has become one of the most popular stars in the company.

He had joined forces with Cody Rhodes but later turned on him,turning heel in the process.He is currently the member of Inner Circle
