AEW Stars Quitting For New WWE Owner?

AEW (All Elite Wrestling) has been viewed as the greener pasture for many pro wrestlers since its inception, but it seems that some AEW stars are not content to stick around for much longer. According to reports, several AEW wrestlers are complaining and considering leaving the company.

During the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed that Darby Allin’s promo on Dynamite was a shoot. The segment featured all four pillars of AEW – MJF, Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, and Jungle Boy – in the ring together, cutting a 19-minute long promo.

Meltzer also noted that Allin’s comments about people complaining in the AEW locker room and wanting to leave the company were true. However, he suggested that it might not have been the best idea to highlight this during their flagship television show.

Meltzer commented, “With the whole thing of Darby Allin talking about, ‘All these guys complain, all these guys wanna leave’ and everything like that. Okay, that’s true, but to talk about it on your own television show, basically by doing that, you’re telling people you’re the secondary company.”

Meltzer added, “We’ve seen this since May when this really started happening, and it’s done the company no good.”

It remains to be seen what AEW’s roster will look like in the coming months, as several wrestlers are reportedly unhappy and considering their options. AEW could potentially lose some key talent if they are unable to address these concerns.

Furthermore, the pro wrestling landscape could shift once again if WWE is sold to a new owner. This could lead to more opportunities and potentially more competition for AEW.

Ultimately, AEW will need to find ways to keep their talent happy and satisfied. If they fail to do so, they risk losing key stars who could do a lot of damage if they decide to leave the company.
