Following the developing story around Sammy Guevara’s vile comments about Sasha Banks, his employer AEW has been quick to make their stance clear. They have suspended the 26-year-old without pay immediately and say that he has agreed to undertake sensitivity training. His status with the company will be reviewed following completion.

The move comes after Guevara issued an apology, which Banks’ acknowledged as part of her own statement, saying that the pair have spoken about the situation.
