AEW’s Double or Nothing match awarded 5 stars by Dave Meltzer

AEW kickstarted things off with their first pay-per-view Double Or Nothing, which was well received by fans worldwide. The event delivered with excellent in-ring action and the surprise element in the introduction of Jon Moxley, who switched his trade from the WWE.

 


 

The match-up between brothers Cody Rhodes and Dustin Rhodes received a 5-star rating by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Whereas the tag-team bout between The Young Bucks and Pentagon Jr. and Fenix got 4.75 stars. The main event, which saw Chris Jericho defeat Kenny Omega was awarded 4.25 stars.
