PW Insider‘s Mike Johnson provided the details on why Lee won’t be wrestling for WOW Women of Wrestling. At this point, she has not shown any interest in getting back in the ring. There is also certainly interest from other companies, but that would take up a lot more time. Her participation in WOW Women of Wrestling will not add too much more to her already busy schedule.

WOW approached her and made her an offer to work as an Executive on the series.  She hasn’t shown any interest in wrestling and has a lot of projects in Hollywood she’s working on.  Going to WWE or AEW would surely take up a massive amount of her time.

WOW won’t be as busy, she’ll get an executive credit and she can be free to get her other film and writing projects going. […] In her eyes, isn’t an option for her due to health issues.

AJ Mendez is a published author and she is also working on comic books. She has a lot going on in her career right now and we will have to wait to see when she decides to get back inside the squared circle.
