The fan favorite cashed in his WWE Money in the Bank briefcase to secure his first WWE Championship by pinning the now-former champion, ‘The All Mighty’ Bobby Lashley on this past week’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw. Now, the newly crowned champion has recently revealed to Bleacher Report that former WWE Divas champion and wife of current AEW star CM Punk reached out to him after his monumental win. But you know, there are people who used to work here that did reach out and say some really positive things. AJ Lee, who I still talk to fairly regularly and definitely consider her a friend, reached out and said some really beautiful things. Everyone has just been so incredibly nice.”
