As noted, Ring of Honor announced at Friday night’s Glory By Honor XIV TV taping that AJ Styles would not be not competing at taping as well as Saturday’s event either due to injury.
Dave Meltzer noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio that Styles has a back injury and that’s the reason he did not work the events.
Styles is expected to work the Ring of Honor Final Battle PPV event against Jay Lethal for the ROH Title.
