Alexander Wolfe to join NXT UK roster

It was revealed on Monday Night Raw that Eric Young had been drafted to the flagship brand, effectively breaking up SAnitY. The trio had been on SmackDown Live for a little under a year, and though they were a dominant act on NXT, never won a match on Tuesday nights. After the news, Alexander Wolfe said goodbye to WWE.

However, it doesn’t look like he’ll be leaving the company, just moving to a different brand like Young. It’s been reported by WrestleTalk that the former NXT Tag Team Champion was backstage at tonight’s NXT UK TV tapings. While he did not debut, he’s expected to make his first appearance for the brand during Saturday’s tapings.

With the group now split up between three brands, hopefully, the company has something planned for all three of them. While Young and Dain came into NXT with a pretty great track record, many fans were unsure of what to expect from Wolfe. However, after several strong performances, including his showing at the first NXT TakeOver: WarGames, it was clear that he had a lot to bring to the table.

While the group was wasted on the main roster, 2019 could be a surprising year for Eric Young, Killian Dain, and Alexander Wolfe.
