Andrew Tate Commits Illegal Crime In Jail?

Romanian authorities on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group, according to Reuters. According to several reports, a pizza box helped cops narrow in on Tate’s location. Tate had posted a video clip of himself in a Versace robe, smoking a cigar, while an off-camera person hands him two boxes of Jerry’s Pizza, a popular Romanian chain.

It has been noted that his arrest, merely a day after posting the video, could have been due to the pizza boxes, reported 9News. The report stated that the boxes may have helped the Romanian police zero in on his location. The authorities reportedly used the video “as proof he was in the country”, stated a report in The Independent.

In the video a pizza box was visible, which had the name of the company that had made and delivered the Italian delicacy.

Andrew Tate, who was already facing charges, has put himself in even greater danger with new information emerging from the case. According to reports, while in prison, he had an unauthorized call in which he allegedly discussed bribing Romanian officials.

Moe Gangat, a legal representative who has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies and associations such as the NBA and NFL Players’ Association, recently shared details from Tate’s ongoing trial on his TikTok account, @lawyerforworkers. Gangat stated that calls made by prisoners are monitored, and anything said can be used against them in court.

Gangat revealed that Tate had called people who were on the approved list and then patched in other third parties, which could be a crime in itself and could harm Tate’s chances of being released on bond. He also stated that Tate had been discussing bribing two Romanian public officials during his jail calls with another individual.

“We’ve got credible reports of Andrew Tate doing some really dumb things. He’s in a Romanian prison, locked up, waiting for his trial. [Just] like in the United States, they let you make calls and monitor your calls. Anything you say can and will be used against you.” Gangat revealed: “Firstly, here’s only a list of people who he is allowed to call and the reports are that he called people on the approved list and then patched in other third parties. That can be its own crime, and it’s certainly not going to help him attempt to get out on bond. Big trouble if you ask me…. They are [also] saying that he’s on jail calls discussing with another individual bribing two Romanian public officials.”
