WWE did reach out to Carlito to return to the company recently, but apparently the money offer was low so he didn’t take it, although they were under the impression he would take it with a better money offer.
WWE is planning to repackage the Los Matadores and the idea was to have Carlito would have joined them. Thus making them a trio.
Keep in mind that WWE could always increase their offer and Carlito could take it.
