WWE has not mentioned Roman Reigns’ name on WWE programming in recent times and fans have been wondering when the Big Dog could return to the company.
Dave Meltzer talked about the former World Champion on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter and provided some updates on his situation.
According to Meltzer’s report, WWE management is not responsible for keeping him off TV and “it is said to be up to Roman Reigns when he returns.”
Though due to his previous health conditions, the former Shield member is not very likely to return to active competition until the coronavirus is contained in some way which means that he could stay out of action for months.
An interesting thing to note here is that Triple H had promised that Roman’s story of pulling out of the show will unfold in a unique way but the company just casually announced Strowman as his replacement and Reigns’ name has not been mentioned on WWE programming since then.
