Bad Bunny Sabotaging Brock Lesnar PPV Main Event?

The stage is set for WWE Backlash, and there are three matches that seem to be the top contenders for the main event. The first is a showdown between Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes, two of the biggest names in WWE. The second is a match between the WWE Tag Team Champions, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens, and the formidable duo of Matt Riddle and The Bloodline (The Usos and Solo Sikoa). Finally, there’s a highly anticipated Street Fight between Bad Bunny and Damian Priest.

It’s worth noting that WWE has been building up the show around Bad Bunny, who is not only hosting but also wrestling at the event. With the company focusing so much on Bunny, there’s a possibility that his match could end up being the main event of the show.

In fact, a tweet from a WRKD Wrestling Twitter account suggested that WWE is pushing for Bunny’s match to be the main event. The tweet stated that “Priest will continue to heat up his feud w/ Bad Bunny, as they’re pushing to main event #Backlash.”

On a recent episode of Raw, Priest delivered a menacing warning to Bunny in Spanish before picking up a win in a tag match against The Judgment Day, where he pinned Rey Mysterio with his finishing move, the South of Heaven.

This will be Bad Bunny’s third wrestling match, following a tag bout at WrestleMania 37 and his appearance in the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble match. However, this will be his first one-on-one match, and it’s clear that WWE is putting a lot of effort into making this match a huge spectacle.
