Evander Holyfield is most definitely one of the most legendary professional boxers in the history of the sport. Evander Holyfield also dropped a Donald Trump bombshell recently.
Evander Holyfield and 44-year-old former UFC champ Vitor Belfort will be facing off against each other at Triller in a boxing match. Triller is offering an alternative feed of the event which features play-by-play commentary by former U.S. President Donald Trump.
Triller’s Ryan Kavanaugh announced that his company was “in talks” with another former President about a different commentating opportunity. ESPN’s Mike Coppinger reported that Triller was offering Barack Obama a role on their upcoming Teofimo Lopez vs. George Kambosos card.
Triller’s Ryan Kavanaugh tells me he’s in talks with the Obama Foundation to have Barack Obama commentate on a gamecast of the Teofimo Lopez-George Kambosos fight. Donald Trump is calling a gamecast of Evander Holyfield-Vitor Belfort tonight with Donald Trump Jr.
This was later debunked by Kevin Draper of the New York Times who took to Twitter and stated that the report was false.
An Obama Foundation spokeswoman says the Foundation has not spoken with Ryan Kavanaugh and the idea that Barack Obama is in talks to commentate a boxing match is “inaccurate.”
