Batista Gets Huge Paycheck Offer After Quitting

Batista’s final run in WWE before his retirement was against Triple H that culminated at Wrestlemania 35 a couple of years ago. One of the most popular lines during that feud saw Batista telling Triple H to give him what he wanted over and over again. Batista was also supposed to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame this year but due to timing issues and scheduling conflicts, it did not end up happening. WWE also paid huge money for the return of Batista. 

 


 

According to Giant Freaking Robot, Batista was offered several million dollars by Marvel so that he would continue to play Drax the Destroyer in the Guardians Of The Galaxy and future Marvel movies. However, it is not known whether he will accept the offer as Batista made it very clear he no longer wishes to act as Drax.

In other related news, Bruce Prichard recently spoke on Something to Wrestle podcast on AdFreeShows.com, where he talked about Booker T and Batista being involved in a backstage fight.

“I wasn’t there. All I remember hearing about is that there had been some tension between Booker and Batista for quite some time, and for whatever reason, they got to a commercial shoot, and words were exchanged, back and forth. Knowing Booker the way that I know, I think, as Booker says, he’d rather fight than pretty much do anything else. And they, you know, being a guy also at that time kind of fancied himself that he’d like to fight. From those that were there, words were exchanged. They walked out to the side of the house and went to start a fight, locked up at some point,
