Batista Makes Bold WrestleMania Backlash Claim

Batista’s final run in WWE before his retirement was against Triple H that culminated at Wrestlemania 35 a couple of years ago. One of the most popular lines during that feud saw Batista telling Triple H to give him what he wanted over and over again. Batista was also supposed to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame this year but due to timing issues and scheduling conflicts, it did not end up happening. Batista also recently disrespected an AEW star. 

 


 

Former RAW Women’s Champion Asuka competed against RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley on this week’s episode of WWE RAW in a singles match. It was a WrestleMania 37 rematch between the two but the results stayed the same as Rhea Ripley defeated The Empress of Tomorrow yet again, burying her before their WrestleMania Backlash match with Charlotte Flair.

This seemingly angered Batista, who has on many occasions stated that he is a huge fan of Asuka. The Animal saw a clip of Ripley defeating Asuka on WWE’s Instagram page and decided to post a comment on it, where he voiced his displeasure at the move and called out the company for burying Asuka.

Seriously? Jobbing out Asuka!? WTF?

Asuka will face off against Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley on this week’s WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view for the RAW Women’s Championship.
