Jennifer Lopez recently matched her shoes to her handbag and she is following that fashion trend. On Friday, the multi-hyphenate stepped out for a stylish stroll in New York City with her husband, Ben Affleck, where she showed off her excellent color-coordinating skills via In Style.
J-Lo chose a lilac-colored wool coat with a waist-cinching belt and black buttons along the front as her daytime outfit, nodding to the springtime. For her accessories, she went all out matchy-matchy. Lopez wore matching wine-colored high-heeled boots that matched her warm coat almost exactly, matching the hue of her Hermès Birkin bag with croc embroidery. Gold hoops, a sleek ponytail, and tortoiseshell sunglasses completed the ensemble.
Taking a hint from his wife, Affleck wore a monochromatic navy blue outfit that included a double-breasted pea coat, dark-wash jeans, and blue-and-white Nike sneakers.
The couple are currently in the Big Apple for J.Lo’s twins’ spring break.
It was earlier this week that Lopez had shared a photo of her 16-year-old daughter Emme — whom she shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony — and a friend enjoying an ice cream on Instagram, captioning the post: “Spring break.”
In the sweet selfie, the “On the Floor” singer looked casual in a green jacket, oversized sunglasses, and her caramel-highlighted hair pulled back into a messy bun.
