Big changes made to RAW due to Seth Rollins’ injury

RAW experienced a lot of changes this week. Seth Rollins’ injury is an example of the unexpected things WWE had to deal with.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio how Vince McMahon reached the RAW building at around 2:00 PM and had to re-write the entire RAW as Seth Rollins should have been involved in the show.

Meltzer said they scripted the show with the Gargano/Ciampa vs the Revival match and Seth Rollins supposed to be everywhere, a central part of the show.

Everyone thought Rollins was fine, but he actually has a problem with his back where he doesn’t need surgery, just rest. The assumption was that he would be cleared well in time, but he wasn’t.

Hopefully, Rollins will be at his best by Wrestlemania. After all, he is scheduled to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title at Wrestlemania.
