Big E & Charlotte Flair Bombshell Revealed

Many fans are inclined to agree that Charlotte Flair’s talents as an in-ring competitor are unparalleled. After her return, Charlotte Flair faced off against Rhea Ripley and Asuka at WWE WrestleMania Backlash for the RAW Women’s Championship but was unable to win the match and become the new RAW Women’s Champion. She ultimately won the title at the WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view but lost it the next day to Nikki A.S.H., who cashed in her Money In The Bank briefcase and became the new RAW Women’s Champion. Charlotte Flair also left a WWE show for AEW Dynamite.

Charlotte Flair would win back her title at WWE SummerSlam as she defeated Nikki A.S.H and Rhea Ripley in a triple threat match. Many fans were furious at this outcome, but Charlotte Flair does not care. After the WWE draft last year, she became the Smackdown Women’s Champion.

She ended up losing the title to Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania Backlash.According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Charlotte Flair is not expected to make her return until Summer this year.

”In the Rousey-Flair match, Rousey made Flair submit to an armbar. In storyline, Flair suffered a broken radial bone (forearm fracture). This was to explain Flair being out of action due to getting ready for her wedding with Manny Andrade of AEW over Memorial Day weekend. She is scheduled to return over the summer going for revenge.”
In this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer revealed that Big E’s recovery process is taknig longer than expected.

“Big E released news that his C-1 vertebrae is not healing as well as hoped for. He will remain in a neck brace for the next four to six weeks with the hope things get better and he can avoid neck fusion surgery. Depending on the type of surgery they would do, fusion surgery could mean anywhere from six to about 15 months on the shelf but usually is more than a year.”
