WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E has been on the receiving end of a huge push as a singles star, ever since he was separated from the New Day during last year’s edition of the WWE Draft. He also made a name for himself as part of the New Day stable as well. Big E recently lost the WWE Intercontinental Championship on Night Two of WrestleMania 37, as he lost to Apollo Crews in a Nigerian Drum Fight. Cody Rhodes is ‘contacting’ some big names that WWE fired.
Big E is also known as a huge prankster as his social media is full of hilarious posts. Recently, he took to Instagram and commented on Charly Caruso’s post that also featured her mother. Big E joked about asking Caruso for her mother’s number.
In other news related to Big E, he recently spoke to the Orlando Sentinel where he discussed the benefits of meditation.
“I preach the gospel of meditation now to anyone who’ll listen. It has helped me appreciate the small things,” Big E, whose real name is Ettore Ewen, told the Sentinel. “It helps me be present and stay grounded every day.”
“The time off and the meditation have really changed my whole adrenaline,” said Big E, who trained at the WWE Performance Center and spent several years wrestling on its Orlando-based NXT brand. “It used to be, when somebody asked me to go for a walk, I bristled. Now I can’t tell you how much I love to go on a stroll up the street.”
