The Big Show made a shocking return to Monday Night RAW 2 weeks back when he teamed up with Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe to take on Seth Rollins and the AOP. Speaking to Sports Illustrated, the former WWE Champion spoke about what his return means to him and how he wants to contribute.
I’m being counted on to contribute, and that’s exactly where I want to be. This is a privilege. I’m 47, and there are a lot of younger guys who can do things I can’t do, so I have to prove the right to walk down that ramp. I’m doing this now because I love it, not because I have to.
The 47-year-old also talked about his return is a complete surprise for the fans. The Big Show stated that it was an ‘old school’ return in the day and age where everyone knows everything. He talked about how he felt it was very cool to be a part of something like this.
