Bobby Fish opens up on the future of The Undisputed Era

Fans have been speculating for a while whether NXT’s The Undisputed Era will be disbanded. The rumors started taking rounds after Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly started focusing more on their singles career.

However, one of the three original members, Bobby Fish, does not think it is going to happen anytime soon. Speaking with Daily DDT, Fish opened up on The Undisputed Era and talked about working with Triple H.

Bobby Fish on the future of The Undisputed Era

The Undisputed Era debuted in 2017 with the original trio of Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, and Kyle O’Reilly. The fourth member of the stable, Roderick Strong, joined a year later.

Fish said that neither of them will shy away from doing something different if it comes to that. But it is not something on their minds right now, as there is still a lot more for The Undisputed Era to do and explore.

“I don’t think there’s a single one of us that’s afraid of doing something different or [going on our own]. However, I think also there’s not a single one of us that has a whole lot of interest in not doing what we’re already been doing. I think there’s more layers to be explored and I think there’s more things we can do.”

On working with Triple H

Triple H has been in charge of the gold-and-black brand for years now and helped discover and develop several of the main roster Superstars.

As a member of one of the top NXT stables, Fish praised Triple H saying that he knows this business like no one else. He is not too keen on working for anyone else in WWE other than The Game, he added.

Fish also revealed that Triple H possibly had the idea of another member for The Undisputed Era even before Strong came along.

“Dare I say, and it’s less than humble, but WWE gets to benefit from that because a guy like Triple H, and for me I’m not sure if I want to work for anyone other than him, he has a brain for this business like no other. He saw it and said, ‘Oh yeah, those four guys are together.’ Even before Roddy was with us, I think that was a plan somewhere in the back of his head. He saw it, he capitalized on it, and man, do we have more land to conquer.”
