Bobby Lashley ‘Buried’ Raw Star For Sad Reason

Bobby Lashley buried Matt Riddle in a match on WWE Raw reportedly due to health issues with several Raw stars who were on WrestleMania 37. AJ Styles and Omos were noticeably ‘pulled’ from Raw after their tag team title victory over The New Day at WrestleMania.

Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select, “Riddle was not planned to take on Bobby Lashley, but those we spoke to said that there were more wrestlers banged up or not cleared after WrestleMania than normal. Among those, a couple were precautionary due to COVID symptoms, and we were told that the brand was just short-handed in general.”

Matt Riddle is known for enjoying his ‘4:20,’ but Kurt Angle revealed on his podcast that he, Edge, and Christian didn’t drink or use drugs in the early 2000’s.

“No good road stories, but the reason why we got along so well was because, at that time, none of us drank alcohol or took drugs. We had that in common. You know, we were just driving, listening to music and laughing, bull****, go to the gym, go eat at the restaurant and then go to the arena, do our show and then go back to the hotel. We just entertained each other the whole time, and it was a lot of fun. Especially being away from your family for so long. You have to kind of group up another family that you travel with on the road, and they were my family. We called ourselves Team RECK, Rhyno, Ede, Christian, Kurt (laughs).” Brock Lesnar ‘Ruining’ A Bobby Lashley Claim Leaked.
