Kofi Kingston to lose the bout?

On this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, Kingston had defeated Randy Orton earlier on the show. He then accepted Bobby Lashley’s open challenge and went on to pin The Almighty in the non-title match after a distraction caused by Drew McIntyre.

Kingston would be eyeing to start his second reign as the champion but WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has dismissed Kingston’s chances of defeating him for the WWE Championship. WWE Fired Star ‘Begs’ AEW For Job?

The @WWEonFOX Instagram account had asked their followers if they want Kingston to win the WWE Championship again.

Lashley, who lost a non-title match against The New Day member on this week’s RAW, reacted with three crying with laughter emojis. He also wrote the words:

“Not a chance.”

Bobby Lashley has been a dominant force since capturing the WWE title

Bobby Lashley had retained the WWE Championship in a triple threat contest at the recently concluded WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view.

The finish to the match saw McIntyre hit a Claymore Kick on Strowman. Lashley then threw McIntyre out of the ring before hitting a spear on Strowman and pinned him for the win.

Things might have not gone in The Almighty’s favour, but he would be eyeing to defend his title against Kingston.

Kingston’s previous reign with the title had lasted 180 days back in 2019.
