Booker T Drops WWE Drug Test Bombshell

Rob Van Dam remains one of the best pro wrestlers to have ever graced the squared circle, especially in WWE. The pro wrestling legend has worked in several promotions such as ECW, WCW, WWE, and IMPACT Wrestling during his career that has lasted over three decades. Ric Flair also went after Rob Van Dam for a sad reason previously.

Fightful recently reported that WWE has not fined its wrestlers over the past few years for marijuana use. It should also be noted that WWE Superstars used to be fined $2,500 if they tested positive for marijuana.

Booker T recently spoke on the Hall of Fame podcast, where he stated that Rob Van Dam would definitely be happy about this change.

“It’s a long time overdue, I think – marijuana policy being lifted. Just because, like, science approved what marijuana can do for so many different types of ailments, especially pain management. And one thing about the professional wrestling game, the opioid problem got huge at one point in time. You know, guys trying to self-medicate and we lost a lot of guys due to that.”

Randy Orton is a true veteran in the world of professional wrestling as he has worked in WWE for close to twenty years at this point. It seems he has a lot left in the tank and is more than determined to work in WWE for several more years. Triple H also previously approached for a replacement of Randy Orton.
