The Monster Among Men Braun Strowman did something surprising during the recent WWE Live Event from Madison Square Garden when he paid homage to WWE Legend Hulk Hogan.

Braun reportedly channeled Hogan’s world-famous taunts and then proceeded to rip off his shirt in the same style as the former World Champion. Below are some photos of his whole gesture:
This gesture is especially noteworthy considering the controversial exit of Hogan from the company following his sex tape controversy and the fact that Officials have tried to avoid mentioning his name on WWE Programming in any way ever since .
No word yet on if this gesture was pre-approved or off the cuff and if Strowman has any backstage resentment over it but we’ll keep you posted.
