Braun Strowman talks Bray Wyatt

Braun Strowman has truly taken the wrestling world by storm, and since abandoning the Wyatt Family has become a fan favorite among the WWE Universe. The Monster Among Men has dominated the Raw roster and has held his own against the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.

Before Monday Night Raw last night, Strowman was interviewed by CBS Detroit, promoting the event. He discussed trying out for the NFL, his time as a strongman, and his love for loud crowds. He also spoke of his mentor and former leader, Bray Wyatt.

Strowman said that, though he isn’t part of the Wyatt Family anymore, he is still a close friend of Wyatt’s and travels with him.

I usually travel with Bray Wyatt. We’ve gone astray per se as being a team, but our friendship is gonna go down forever. Bray is a very, very close friend of mine.

He also went on to say that he would be interested in feuding with the Eater of Worlds one day.

I look forward to possibly having a rivalry with him. He’s an unbelievable talent. He’s on eof the best guys we have as far as speaking, in-ring ability, everything. He’s the total package, and he taught me a lot coming up with my time with the Wyatt Family. Yeah, I’m sure it’ll come back one day full circle with the monster and his per se creator going at it.

Braun Strowman won’t be feuding with Wyatt anytime soon, as he looks to take on the Bar at WrestleMania for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship…possibly by himself. But with them both on the same roster, sooner or later, the cult leader and the Monster will come face-to-face in a one-on-one feud.
