Bray Wyatt AEW Dynamite Rumor Stuns Fans

The former WWE star Bray Wyatt (now Windham Rotunda) was previously released by the company in July last year amid the budget cuts. His last in-ring appearance came at WrestleMania 37 when he lost to Randy Orton. He has been away from pro wrestling for quite some time. This led to the fans speculating that he might not return to the squared circle. However, that is not the case. He had named Seth Rollins as he wants to face him someday down the road. It has been noted that he is reportedly demanding a “very high” price for an in-ring return, be it in WWE or AEW.

Bray Wyatt is demanding a huge price

Wyatt had been a top star of WWE and he is also a former WWE Universal Champion as well as WWE Champion. So, there is no doubt that he is demanding a huge deal whether he returns to WWE or makes his way to AEW.Taking to Twitter, Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer shared an interesting note about Wyatt.

Meltzer noted that WWE would be interested in AEW’s top stars at the moment, and vice versa. A fan responded to the journalist and asked him if either of the two promotions were interested in the former Universal Champion.

Dave Meltzer stated in his response that Wyatt’s asking price is very high:

Bray Wyatt recently headlined WrestleCon’s “U.S. vs. The World” event scheduled for April 2 in Dallas, Texas. We will now have to wait and see what future holds for Wyatt.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon recently explained WWE’s massive released in the last couple of years, including Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman, on The Pat McAfee Show. He said:

“Once you’re a public company … it is the business then, so it helps me make easier, and better, business decisions. Cause my heart, there’s still some of it in there. But at the same time, it’s business, and there’s nothing personal about it.”
