Bray Wyatt will soon return! One of the most anticipated matches that is likely to happen at WrestleMania 37 will see Randy Orton take on Bray Wyatt’s The Fiend. The current rumors state that the two are set to have a huge gimmick match at the Show of Shows. Now it seems the match might be drawing inspiration from a recent AEW match. Vince McMahon recently ‘canceled’ Bray Wyatt’s return.
According to a report by Dave Melter of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there is a chance WWE might have their Orton vs Wyatt match at WrestleMania to have something to do with explosions.
On last Sunday’s AEW Revolution, Â the company’s first-ever ‘Exploding Barbed-Wire Deatmatch’ took place as Jon Moxley challenged Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship in the match. Moxley ultimately was not able to win the match despite his best efforts.
“They could show up AEW and all if the explosion at the end is spectacular, which really isn’t what this is about, but simply that there are so few things proven today to really move numbers and this was proven just this past week to do so.
Yes, it would seem (like) copying, but if they pull it off and the explosions work, it would not have the negative of outright copying but instead the aura of doing it better.”
WWE uploaded a cryptic Triple H and Bray Wyatt photo before Raw last week.
