As noted, Brie Bella was planning to retire from pro wrestling this Summer. However, plans have changed, and she chose to retire after her match at WrestleMania 32.
WWE kept her retirement a secret to keep it for a WWE Total Divas storyline. Brie’s exit and retirement will be explained on the next season.
Bella confirmed her retirement with this tweet after a fan asked her thoughts on the new WWE Women’s Title.
