Brock Lesnar remains one of the most dominant pro wrestlers to have ever stepped foot inside the squared circle. He had two tremendous runs in WWE, both of which resulted in him winning major World Championships and being a huge draw for fans. A top WWE star is rumored to turn heel at WrestleMania.
Together with Paul Heyman as his manager, Lesnar ran roughshod in WWE since his return back in 2012. However, Brock Lesnar has not been seen on WWE television in quite a long time. He was last seen at WrestleMania 36, where he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre. After that, there have been no signs of him wanting to return to the company ahead of WrestleMania, and Conor McGregor isn’t in talks either.
There were also talks about bringing in UFC fighter Conor McGregor to WWE. On Keepin’ it 100 with Konnan, Billi Bhatti had this to say:
“I don’t think they’ve actually communicated with him directly, there might have been parties involved. I don’t know when the time is right to bring him in. Right now they’re not spending any of that money, not on Brock, not on Rock.
On Friday you have a show that is booked by loads of people. Michael Hayes is hand to hand involved in Roman’s stuff, you have Daniel Bryan writing for Smackdown as well. That leaves Bruce Prichard to just oversee. Then on Raw you just have Bruce and Vince.”
