Brock Lesnar ‘Disrespected’ AEW Champion

Brock Lesnar is undoubtedly one of the most dominant pro wrestlers to have ever competed inside the squared circle. He had two tremendous runs in WWE, both of which resulted in him winning major World Championships and being a huge draw for fans. Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE television ever since he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36 last year. Brock Lesnar was also recently called out by a Superstar from Monday Night RAW.

Current NXT Superstar Samoa Joe recently spoke on Ryan Satin’s Out of Character podcast, where the Samoan Submission Machine said that Brock Lesnar has no respect for those who cannot match his intensity inside the squared circle.

“That’s the kind of energy you have when you’re out there with Brock. He probably won’t respect anything less than that. If you don’t show up saying you’re gonna try to kick his teeth in and you’re coming after him, he ain’t trying to hear it. You’ve gotta keep that energy with him. That’s kind of what I’m alluding to. You’ve gotta match that intensity.”

This would also include former WWE Superstar and current AEW Jon Moxley, against whom Lesnar had a match at WrestleMania 32, which was widely panned by fans and critics alike. It is likely Lesnar had no respect for Jon Moxley.
