One of the most talked-about dream matches in WWE features Bobby Lashley, the WWE Champion. squaring off against The Beast Brock Lesnar at the Show of Shows. This has been something Bobby Lashley has been wanting for a very long time now, but it simply has not happened for a variety of reason. Brock Lesnar cannot return to WWE for a sad reason either.
Both Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar are legitimate fighters as they have proven themselves to be dominant both in the world of professional wrestling and MMA. The WWE Champion recently spoke to TMZ Sports, where he was asked regarding a possible match against Brock Lesnar somewhere down the line, he said he’s willing to do an MMA fight.
“I’m willing to wrestle, I’m willing to do 100-meter dash, I don’t care. I love those big matchups! Brock is one of the biggest thing across the sports industry, sports world across the board.
So if I can have an opportunity to fight Brock or wrestle Brock or do anything against Brock, I’m 100% in and I will be ready. That’s all I gotta say about that!”
Lashley has an MMA record of 15-2, with wins in Bellator and Strikeforce and Brock Lesnar is 5-3 with 1 no contest. Both of them have not competed in the MMA world since 2016. We will have to see whether the two will ever clash, in any type of match.
