Brock Lesnar ‘Real Fight’ With Hurt Business Leaks

Brock Lesnar is undoubtedly one of the most dominant pro wrestlers to have ever competed inside the squared circle. He had two tremendous runs in WWE, both of which resulted in him winning major World Championships and being a huge draw for fans.

He has not been seen on WWE television since WrestleMania 36, where he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre. Brock Lesnar was recently called out by Seth Rollins before WrestleMania 37.

Brock Lesnar made his WWE main roster debut in the spring of 2002 and used to work in WWE’s developmental brand Ohio Valley Wrestling for a while before making his main roster debut. Jim Cornette talked about Brock Lesnar doing shoot fights with a couple of WWE Superstars including now former Hurt Business member Shelton Benjamin on his Drive Thru podcast.

“Shelton of course was a high-level amateur at Minnesota and was one of the assistant coaches on the team that Brock was on. So they did a little bit… they were, uh… Shelton was riding him just a tad bit for a second there. They used to like to do that in OVW in training. They’ve talked about it. Brock, and Shelton, and we had Brian Keck, and Sylvester Terkay. And, you know, all those guys, they would friendly shoot around a little bit. It was fun.”
