Brock Lesnar ‘Removed’ From WWE Smackdown

Brock Lesnar has apparently been pulled from WWE Smackdown, as he isn’t in the preview for tonight’s show.

 


 

WWE star Brock Lesnar made his return to WWE at SummerSlam and shocked the fans. He had a huge staredown with WWE Universal Champ Roman Reigns, who successfully defended his title against John Cena. Rumors stated that the plan to have a match between Reigns and Lesnar could be in the air but that is not the case.

It was said that the Inglewood, California WrestleMania event in 2023 was slated to see the Beast Incarnate vs the Tribal Chief. The company was also planning Roman Reigns vs The Rock in 2022 at WrestleMania in Dallas. Ringside News confirmed that Lesnar vs Reigns was not planned for WrestleMania 2023, because they haven’t made plans that far out yet.

Ringside News had asked around about WWE initially planning a match between Roman Reigns and ‘The Beast’ for WrestleMania in 2023. They reported that is an “incorrect report.” Sasha Banks ‘Can’t Return’ To WWE Smackdown?2

WWE is not making plans for the WrestleMania card in 2023, but the venue will be SoFi Stadium. That LA building was the originally intended home for WrestleMania 37, but the pandemic caused them to nix those plans. WWE have also returned to Tampa for WrestleMania 37, postponing their SoFi Stadium show in the process.

We will have to see how soon WWE books ‘The Tribal Chief’ against ‘The Beast Incarnate’. There is a huge that their match could go down in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel this October.
